How do I get in contact with Cocktail Week?

How do I buy a wristband?

You can purchase a wristband on our website via the 'Buy My Wristband' buttons.

Where do I collect my wristband?

From Friday 30th October, you can collect your Cocktail Week wristband from one of three collection points: Haymarket (84 Royal Ave, Belfast BT1 1DJ) is open daily from 1pm to 8pm, Malmaison (34-38 Victoria St, Belfast BT1 3GH) is open daily from 1pm to 9pm, and HALT: Weavers Cross (Glengall St, Belfast BT12 5AB) is open daily from 12pm to 8pm. When you collect your wristband, just show the staff your ticket barcode and they’ll scan it and give you your wristband. You’ll receive a unique barcode for each ticket you buy, so if you’ve bought more than one ticket, you’ll need to show each barcode to collect each wristband.

Can I collect a wristband for my friend?

Yes, as long as you have the QR available to scan, you can collect on behalf of your friends.

How long are wristbands valid for?

All Cocktail Week wristbands are valid for the entire 10 days of the event! From the 6th-15th November 2026

How do I redeem the deals and signature cocktails?

All you have to do is show your wristband to a member of staff at all the cocktail week venues! We would recommend doing this as you enter each venue, and when you go to pay / receive the bill! We recommend booking tables in advance to avoid disappointment.

Are any of the cocktails vegan?

We’re pleased to say there is a huge variety of vegan cocktails on offer in our lineup. These are clearly marked within our Event Guide.

When is Cocktail Week?

We're retuning: 6th-15th November 2026!

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer a refund on Cocktail Week wristbands.
